The location of this hotel was perfect, safe, secure, and close to everything. The personalized service was exceptional! Davide and Francesca were very warm and welcoming, the communication was great, and they left us a little surprise because they knew we were on our honeymoon. They gave us great restaurant recommendations, and we felt we could reach out to them for anything during our stay. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The room was on the smaller size, but felt cozy and luxurious with beautiful decor and fixtures. It was also surprisingly quiet and private, given the downtown location. The bed and pillows were so comfy and we loved having a towel warmer to warm our towels and dry our swimming suits. There were also nice little touches like spa slippers, embroidered towels, a refrigerator, a safe, a blowdryer, a first aid kit, and a coffee maker. Breakfast was delicious and served at a cafe right outside our door. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you Francesca and Davide!

Maybe adding a luggage rack so we didn't have to rest our suitcases on the bed. A bidet toilet seat would be a wonderful addition too!

Great location, loved the pool. Staff were also extremely helpful and accommodating, especially with parking.

Room was very small which was difficult with big suitcases.

Staff are very friendly and available to answer any question- kind and good hospitality. Excellent location and comfortable room. Very good breakfast in café below with great staff.

The room was beautiful but small and limited space. We assumed from the pictures that we had access to the hot tub when booking.

The room was tiny . Only one of the two rooms in this building has access to the rooftop pool and balcony . One does not get this impression from the website. For the other room , in which we stayed , it was a tiny room with bathroom , a staircase and then you are on the street. I would not stay in this room again but would book the upstairs room with access to the spa.

The smell of sewage in the room is unbearable. It is not constant, but it is felt suddenly and is very strong.
