"Poorly maintained property with almost no facility."

The location and the parking space is good.

Stuffy room, no privacy, no ventilation. The washroom sucks, no basic amenities. The rooms arr located in 3rd & 4th floors without lift. A room @ 3750/- per night with no lift, no wall mixer in the toilet, no ventilation, no privacy, no kitchen facility seems quite abnormal to me.
