Great location for the wedding barn a few miles away . Property is in a residential road just outside the town centre so very handy to walk up for food etc . Three bedrooms living area , kitchen and bathroom . Great for friends or family .

Small but excellent pet friendly house in a great location. The back garden is completely secure for dogs. The chippy and Italian takeaways at the end of the road are amazing!

The house is in an excellent location for Poulton and surrounding areas with off-road parking. It is comfortable and very clean, the hot tub is a great addition, we've already booked to stay in September. Would highly recommend.

Nothing about the house/garden etc but would recommend reversing on to the drive as people do park opposite which can make it tricky to reverse out if you have a long car.

The house was modern and clean with lovely little touches such as a snack basket. The hot tub was great and the location is perfect - really close to Poulton!
