Amazing place. Clean & pristine. Location was perfect if you want somewhere a little quieter. The walk to the centre of the town wasn’t far. Our host, Giuseppe was helpful and very kind!

The appartment is situated in a quiet, cobbled courtyard and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings. The appartment itself was immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was powerful and the water always hot. Our host, Giuseppe was very attentive. The appartment is a 10/15 minute walk to the city centre. Would highly recommend this appartment to anyone wishing to visit Palermo.

Perfect location with very kind and helpful owner. We arrived quite late, and Giuseppe was waiting for us at the apartment with the keys. Perfect location: it is on one of the main roads where there are many buses running (among others the one from the airport, which stops just a 2 minutes walk from the outer gate), but is still very quiet, no noise what-so-ever. It is not too far from the best Palermo sites either (you can take the bus to the city center, but we preferred to walk). The bus to Mondello (which is a charming little seaside town about 30 minutes from Palermo) has its stop almost in front of the house as well. The apartment is modern, very nice and clean. It has a kitchen equipped sufficiently for two people (though we did not cook much, the street food is so good!!!). The bathroom is beautiful with a shower. The bedroom is good sized, has a big cupboard for your clothes, a good bed (we prefer a harder bed surface, and this was a bit on the soft side, but that is a question of preference), and a small balcony (excellent for a morning coffee).

The only thing that comes to mind is the breakfast: it is pretty limited (mostly sweet pastries). Still, you can boil an egg or prepare something to complete the meal and there's a perfectly good coffee machine.

Great location, right in the city new centre. Giuseppe is a welcoming host and will go the extra mile to meet your expectations and support your stay. Top-notch clean. Pretty inner courtyard. Quiet and noise-proof environment, which is a rare find in town.

The only flaw was breakfast, made with packaged supermarket goods and miles away from the quality food you can get in Palermo. Better go to one of the many bars in the neighbouhood.

Everything is perfect. The location is on Via Libertà’ but a long and pleasant courtyard separated the road from the apartment. Via Libertà’ is the best spot in the historic centre of Palermo to take a stroll while perusing luxury brands and fashion boutiques. The apartment is of the perfect size for two people and it has surely been newly refurbished. I thought I was the first guest ever. It is very clean and every detail is well thought through (furnitures, appliances, coffee machine, safe, nice shower..) Giuseppe is the perfect Sicilian host! He is very welcoming and helpful with a nice smile on his face. I have never given 10 out of 10 in any review, this is my first time. Please note: I have no relationship or friendship with Giuseppe. My extremely positive review is well deserved.

There are few parking spaces in the area. Giuseppe will eagerly explain to you the differences between the white and the blue parking lines.

Great location. Easy to get to centre by bus. Clean house and very friendly, helpful and thoughtful host.

It was winter, we asked the owner to turn on the heat, it was still chill in the apartment, but AC helped a lot. In general, there's everything you need for comfortable stay.

The flat was very clean, spotless, in fact, with a comfortable bed. It appears to be newly renovated with nice high ceilings. The kichen had enough cooking utensils to make small meals. Coffee maker and sweet things for breaky. Great water pressure in the shower. Very quiet - didn't need my earplugs. The location is very good, right on a bus route and within walking distance of the main area downtown and also the marina (which we highly recommend for restaurants and for a nice drink by the boats :) The outside of the flat is lovely and well taken care of. Communication with Guiceppe was easy, and he appeared to be always on call. Even though we didn't need anything, it was nice to know he was reachable easily. He met us at check-in and gave us a brief tour of the flat. Very hospitable. We stayed 2 nights and if we come back to Palermo, we would choose to stay here again.

Super small thing, but it would be nice to have a little caddy in the shower to put shampoo and soap in. But this a minor point in an excellent flat :)

Very nice apartment with fully equipped kitchen and big bedroom. Inside is nice and clean. Good location with lot of restaurants and shops nearby with 30 min walk from city center.
