Fabulous hotel! Warm welcome, spotlessly clean, beautiful grounds and pool area! The hosts, Anna and Ahmet, cannot do enough for you, and their staff are also so friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very comfortable and well equipped, spotless bathroom with excellent shower! The breakfast is delicious! So substantial it really sets you up until evening! Can't wait to return!

From the moment we arrived to the day we left, Anna and Ahmet made us feel very welcome. Having stayed at the hotel in previous years, we were excited to return and Loya Vita did not disappoint. With a fresh modern revamp and great new owners, our short stay was a real treat. Service: impeccable Cleanliness: fantastic (rooms had been redecorated giving them a fresh, clean, and modern feel) Breakfast: great value for money with lots of variety Hotel: perfect location and well maintained Anna and Ahmet: professional, attentive, friendly and overall great people. They were always on hand to offer help, booking us transfers to and from the airport and also organising the Turkish baths for us. This hotel is a real gem in the Crown of Dalyan and perfect for couples, families or solo travellers. Loya Vita offers a perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying everything Dalyan has to offer. I would strongly recommend staying at this jotel. With the hard work and passion the owners put into this hotel, they deserve to have an excellent season! Even the toughest critic would have a job finding a flaw in Loya Vita.

the location and the spacious rooms were very good. the swimming pool area was very relaxed and quiet. nice big breakfast area which is in the shade if you get too hot
