Buena ubicación. Está cerca de la estación de tren de Como San Giovanni y a unos 10 minutos del centro de la ciudad. La casa estaba limpia, las camas eran cómodas

appartement très bien situé, et vraiment calme car il ne donne pas sur la rue. I l y a une cour qui permet de mettre la voiture pour décharger. parking a proximité mais vraiment TRES étroit.

il manque un micro-ondes et nous n'avons pas pu nous connecter au wifi.

The delicious jelly and wine Silvia kindly prepared for us were truly wonderful. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality! The coffee she provided was also very tasty. The location is perfect, close to the old town and the lake, and if you’re planning to watch a Como football match, it’s just a 5 minute walk away, so I highly recommend it. The bed and linens were extremely comfortable, and even the sofa bed was surprisingly cozy!

Now, for a few drawbacks. First, the absence of a microwave was quite inconvenient. For families traveling with children who need to quickly heat up food, this can be a significant issue. We had to use the oven for 20 minutes just to warm up some leftover pizza, and unfortunately, there were no oven mitts provided. I ended up burning my hand while using a towel to handle a hot plate. The apartment is on the ground floor and the windows face an inner courtyard, but once the curtains are open, there is no privacy since people can see straight in from outside (although they are the residents in the same building... feeling uncomfortable) Lastly, there was loud construction noise coming from the neighboring unit early in the morning, which made it impossible to sleep. If construction is scheduled, guests should definitely be informed in advance. It was extremely noisy and there was dust everywhere.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, l'appartement est facile d'accès, parking à proximité. Nous avons bien été reçus par notre hôte, l'appartement est propre et lumineux, petite terrasse pour manger très agréable a l'abri des regards. Les lits sont propres et moelleux on y dort comme des bébés. Notre hôte nous donne les bonnes adresses pour passer un séjour agréable. Je recommande fortement notre hôte Silvia ☺️👍.

Very well located in Como. Comfortable place, with a nice kitchen and small patio. Great value and even has parking, also the hosts were very attentive and gave us great recommendations

location was good, around 9 mins from station but a bus is available at 3 mins walk. the host was very helpful.
