Modern Villa in Old Litchfield

Everything was exceptional, it was a great space, very comfortable, accessible to everywhere, neighbors were friendly. Villa was spotless, lots of room. Would definitely book again if ever in Arizona.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

The condo was one of the cleanest rentals we have ever been to. Big thumbs up for that. Location was great. Easy walk to four restaurants and less than a mile to a shopping center for drug store, food or coffee. Condo was also in a very quiet area.

Only minor negative was that we found the shower head in the master bathroom was way too powerful and not adjustable. We preferred the shower in the hallway bathroom. OK for just the two of us but could be a problem for a larger group using one shower.

The location was perfect and the property was really clean.

The apartment was lovely and clean. It was a short walk to our conference at the Wigwam resort. The owner was available and helpful.

The apartment was dark. It could use more lights, like ceiling fixtures, in all the rooms. And hand-held or adjustable shower heads would be easier to use.

Newly renovated, centrally located and everything we needed for our time away from home. We travel often for sports and have stayed many places…definitely recommend this beautiful home and is an amazing value!!!! We got in late and had trouble with lock box and they were readily available to assist us.
