"Best hosts ever! Very comfortable bed! beach just around the corner!"

We have never had such wonderful and friendly hosts - it felt from the beginning on, as if we were visiting good friends! We also booked a horseback-riding-tour with Roos and Mike and were led for 2 1/2 hours through the area, saw the bunkers, went along the seaside, through the village - just gorgous, really nice and well-behaving horses, along with wonderful chats! The day felt like a very special holiday to us! We will definitely come back again! The beach really is only 5 - 10 minutes walking distance from the accomodation! The room faces backwards to a beautiful terrasse right on a canal with seating and a private little area for us. Extra nice: There were eggs, milk, coffee, tea, musli etc for us in the kitchen and we were allowed to use as much as we wanted for free! Thank you very much for your generosity and your kindfulness and friendlieness, Roos and Mike!

Everything was excellent. Very friendly and helpful couple. Superb breakfast. Great facilities. Lovely patio area by the small lake/pond. The air con was a real bonus on the day we stayed.

Supergezellig/Kind/Caring owner with a very loving little dog! Lovely chickens in front. Comfy bed, nice little set-up with coffee, tea and snacks, minikitchen. Nice little neighborhood setting with a charming walk to the seashore. Cute patio on back porch with waterway.

You have to go outside to go to the bathroom (separate)--and it is barely? not? heated. Not so nice if it's cold and you end up needing to go over and over in the night. :( I skipped showering--too cold. Also, front porch light on all night, so even with curtain closed, the room is bright.

The location of this B&B is ideal. Petten is a hidden gem nestled along the breathtaking Dutch coastline. The B&B's commitment to providing a delicious and hearty breakfast was evident in every bite.
