FRLe logement était disponible lors de la réservation et su paiement. Mais arrivé sur les lieux à 21h30 heures, aucun moyen de le joindre le propriétaire. Le numéro de téléphone n'est pas attribué et aucune réponse par mail! Résultats, nous avons dû parcourir 30 kilomètres pour trouver un autre logement qui nous a accepté après 22h. Aussi, le suivi du dossier par Booking a été TRES mauvais, lorsque l'interlocuteur a raccroché, il s'est engagé à nous rappeler et nous reloger dans les 30 minutes, ce qu'il n'a pas fait! Ensuite après plusieurs appels, chaque appel s'est soldé par un "aucun interlocuteur de disponible..."
CHDie Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und luxuriös. Wir wurden freundlich von einem Nachbarn und seinen Kindern empfangen, die uns das Haus gezeigt und das Bett vorbereitet haben. Besonders positiv war die Möglichkeit, sehr kurzfristig buchen zu können – das hat für uns gut gepasst.
Leider war die Unterkunft sehr schmutzig: Zahnpastareste und Haare im Bad, Verschmutzungen im Waschbecken, gebrauchte Küchenutensilien sowie Fett- und Kochspuren in der Küche. Für den verlangten Preis hätten wir mehr Sauberkeit und einen reibungsloseren Check-in erwartet. Das trübt leider unseren Gesamteindruck erheblich.
