Location is very near the Padre Pio shrine. Value for money. Attending person was very helpful and courteous.

Parking was sufficient, although might be a challenge if 2 or more guests will need parking space.

The place is newly erected, they were not that prepared too much and i guess we were probably the first or second guest because some rooms have still bit of dust from construction but despite small mishaps from start of their operation, the service was great. All of the things are new, they even gave us kitchenwares and things we needed to use. Wifi was good, signal was good. Staff was very accomodating 24/7 and they made sure to helped us althroughout our stay to ensure we were comfortable and treated like family. We will definitely come back. We were even noisy at the morning and all was ok so i thanked the neigborhood and they even gave me a space to park; felt like it was more of a team building than a business trip. This is what i am always looking for when i go outside, a home outside of home.

Corner street needs signage because it is hidden in a small street. Other people might not find it easily though for the first time. For group of people with cars, just inform the hotel, so they could look for a place to park for you. Aircon is mainly for the sleeping area, its really cold in the morning but it would not be strong enough to reach the living room especially if you will cook. For the price and service, i can never complain. Heck, im even in the hotel industry, but what i could say is their service was great considering they are in the suberbs without proper training. Kudos to the staff!
