* Check-in process was smooth and efficient. * Our request for a non-connecting room was accommodated, which we greatly appreciated. * Late check-out until 12:00 pm was granted, allowing us a more relaxed departure. * The hotel’s direct connection to 1 Utama Shopping Centre provided excellent convenience for dining, shopping, and family activities. * Staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay.
