Kope House Ubud

Very clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was good quality. Wifi was strong, and the proprieters were helpful and friendly. Excellent location in Ubud too for a very reasonable price.

Nothing in particular, the place was very good.

Very cozy, middle of Ubud center, close to many restaurants, stores, and spas. Family was very friendly and room was in great condition.

Location: 100% CONVENIENT Might be difficult to find via Google maps as it is hidden. There's an alleyway betweet Yogurt Republic (left) and a cotton clothing store (right). Enter the alley and keep walking until you find a door on your left with a #4 as well as a fading "KOPE" sign. Walking distance to plenty of shops & restaurants. There's a Circle K convenient store as well as a pharmacy just up the street. Coco Supermarket is about an 11-minute walk. Nearby attractions that are also walking distance include Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary (11 mins), Ubud Palace (14 mins), & Ubud Art Market (14 mins). You'll hear music at night coming from a bar/pub/nightclub called The Blue Door up the street. For a light sleeper like myself, this did not bother me, nor did it affect my sleep as the house is at a good distance. I consider this area to be quiet despite being near the main road. Facilities: Photos 100% Accurate Modern bathroom with an open shower. Cold & hot water. Comfortable bed. Wardrobe. Clothing rack. My room did not have a fridge, unlike the description, but I didn't mind as I had no need for it anyway. Strong AC 👌🏼. Electric kettle. Toiletries are restocked when running low. Shampoo, body soap, handsoap. Sitting area overlooking the garden. Room size is perfect for couples and solo travelers. Cleanliness: TOP My room was cleaned every day, even when I had already tidied up myself. No issues with bugs, geckos, or the like during my stay. Some linens have minor stains, but rest assured, they are washed. It's obvious from the smell of the detergent. I lived in Southeast Asia during my childhood, and it's just a thing due to factors like how powerful your washing machine is, water temperature, detergent, etc. Remember, it's a guesthouse, not a luxurious hotel. Food: 10/10 Breakfast made fresh every morning. Simple, yet delicious and filling. They have a few selections.

In the center of Ubud. Hosts are very hospitable. Highly recommended.

Location is peaceful, but it doesn’t cover some another issues

Bed sheet was a not fresh, I found 1 bug in my bed… unfortunately. A lot of tiny arms near the table. Absolutely rude and not friendly hosts. They look at the guest like a pocket. Host doesn’t speak English well, so it brings a lot inconvenience. All about commercial, no heart and passion about what they do. I don’t recommend. I will advise kindly search properly in some different family.

We loved our stay here. The property is close to the main street with plenty of restaurants and cafes but also shielded from the noise. It is very clean and comfortable. There was housekeeping everyday. We didn't have any creepy crawlies in the room. We worked from here for 2 weeks and the wifi was pretty good, we were able to work comfortably. Penny provided us delicious breakfast everyday and she went out of her way to give us some amazing Balinese sweets and cakes!! She even arranged a free dinner for us. They even have a cute puppy called chocky..who is very very sweet. We loved every minute here and look forward to staying here again!

I loved everything! This was the cleaniest place I've ever stayed in Bali! The hosts were extremely nice, the location is perfect, the wifi is great for zoom calls, the breakfast is amazing. The furniture is new, everything is new. The clean the accomodation eqch single day and put so much care about it. Next time when I go to Ubud, will stay there for sure!
