"An amazing stay right by the beach"

Antonio is a fantastic host. He welcomed us at the property and showed how everything works, shared a guide with tips about the activities and restaurants in the area. The place is absolutely beautiful: amazing terrace view, super clean and extremely well decorated. Super convenient location and is at the nicest part of Poetto beach. Super easy to get to Cagliari centre by bus as the stop is 2 min walk away. Would absolutely stay again!

Antonio is a super host helping us with all his recs and renting surf boards and bikes which match our way to spend the holidays! Room is very clean, terrace is amazing, just in front of the beach. Cool restaurants close by as well as spar supermarket. very cool time in Poetto!

Great location, seeing the sunrise from the terrace is lovely Easy parking Responsive and helpful host Very close to the beach, towels provided Amazing terrace, with blankets for colder evenings Clean Comfortable bed Ample storage space

If there are guests in the adjacent room you can hear them talk, so if you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs.

Amazing stay! The place was perfect for us, close to everything, clean, the room very nicely decorated, comfortable bed and great shower. The balcony with the view is brilliant, you can see the sunrise from the bed😊 or you can lye on the sunbeds / sit and enjoy a coffee with a stunning view! The hospitality from the owner was one of the best I've seen in my travelling so far! Very kind and helpful with useful informations, easy to communicate and will go above to make you feel welcomed! Thanks again, Antonio!

I've should stay longer, but hopefully to be able to return!

"Truly relaxing stay in beautiful spot."

The location on the beach front is perfect. The host greets you shows room and facilitates and gives tips on the area. The ensuite room was very spacious and comfortable. The added bonus was the large balcony with day bed , loungers and chairs.

nothing would love to go back.
