The property is brand new and is a one of a kind set up in Bhubaneswar. 8 rooms well furnished, all with a mini fridge and comfortable bed and chairs. It is a beautiful property and at night especially it's so nicely lit up, it makes you feel as if you are not in Bhubaneswar! The staff is very polite and cordial. There is ample parking space. The first 4 days of my trip I was able to use the pool and it was well maintained and very comfortable!

The TV is from my grandfather's generation, the network in the area is poor, the Wi-Fi is quite weak, I wound up using my hotspot for majority of the trip. The property is a bit under staffed and hence the cleaning and other services like room service take longer than expected. The water pressure in the taps is a bit weak. The road to reach the property from the front side of infocity and backside from KIMS is a dirt track, completely raw road and during the rains it is completely muddy! The food was mixed something simple like a baby corn was absolutely disgusting and inedible! But their aloo parathas were fantastic!

Non-veg breakfast was given even after a request. Three times ,water was not available in toilets. Poor room service. Loud noise of construction work was taking place in the hotel during our stay.

The price was reasonable.

The pool was dirty and non-functional. The staff was new and untrained. The food quality was very average. I had to order food from outside. Water was dripping from the AC

They give only one paratha per person in breakfast and then thereafter they charge. Better not to say breakfast is complimentary. Say complimentary breakfast limited to one paratha per person.

They don't display what are facilities of a 3 star. Pool was dirty and not ready even at the time of check out.
