The contact number for the host does not exist. The host did not reply to my e-mail. When I arrived, the Google location was wrong and there was no way to find out where this place is. Booking.com should be ashamed to advertise this place. It is a scam and I not only lost the money for the booking, but I went to Middelburg for work, which I could not do and wasted petrol as I had to return home. There was a Wool Festival in the district this weekend and all places were already fully booked weeks ago.

The place didn't honor my booking. I arrived in town; and couldn't find it. There location details are wrong!!!!! I contacted the number, as advertised. I spoke to the person answering; and she informed me that she doesn't work there anymore. She gave me an additional number to contact.

Breakfast was not provided and yet I booked accommodation with breakfast, location it's 5 km away from where GPS coordinates point, it's only bed in there room without electric blanket or heater or tv
Put something warm in the room, bath amenities must be included, TV, study table and chair
