Alice the hostess is very accommodating and helpful while still respecting your privacy. I had a car emergency and had no where to go for a few hours before check in. They were kind enough to allow me to check in early and also check out a little later until i was able to make other arrangements. Highly recommend Blue Nile for females traveling alone. Also walking distance from shops and restaurants.

Bathroom light was broken, but I was offered another room with a fixed light and chose to stay in the same room anyway.
