Upon our arrival in mid-April 2026, we found our room equipped with only a single small towel. I subsequently requested additional towels for post-shower use and to protect the bedding. I was informed that I would need to formally submit a request to management for these items, as none were readily available. The only towel provided was of A3 size. Despite my frustration, my concerns were not addressed. Given the late hour and inclement weather, I had no alternative but to retire for the night. The bed provided an unsatisfactory sleeping experience. It lacked adequate support, causing a sensation akin to being in a boat, and felt more like a sponge that immediately yielded under weight. The following morning, I conveyed my distressing experience to the same individual, expressing my feeling of having been exploited and emphasizing the unacceptability of such treatment for customers. I was deeply disappointed. Her response was to advise me to document my experience and forward it to her manager. I had the distinct impression that the room provided was typically utilized for storage purposes. I cannot recommend this establishment to any individual. The service quality is subpar, and the accommodations are deplorable. I felt thoroughly exploited throughout my stay. You may retain my R700; I trust it will contribute to the growth of your business. I am utterly exasperated with bed and breakfast establishments that misrepresent their offerings. They present appealing images on social media, yet deliver substandard service upon arrival.

When u came here I didn't like the place and I ask for a refund. They have bedbugs, fleas etc. They never gave me a refund.
