The room was at a good location.

2 of the rooms we rented were not clean. There was hair in the bathroom, dust and a bug under a bed and mascara trails from the previous guests.

La modernità e la fantasia degli arredi, sia nella camera sia negli spazi comuni, la pulizia accurata, grazie alle 2 simpatiche e cordiali ragazze che oltre a fare egregiamente il loro lavoro dispensano buonissimi consigli, la vicinanza con il centro, la terrazza dove fare colazione o intrattenersi sui divanetti a chiacchierare o a bere qualcosa

A mio avviso, per poche notti Casa Azzurra è perfetta, per soggiorni lunghi la camera potrebbe risultare un po' stretta, almeno quella assegnata a noi, e nella cucina in comune mancano i fornelli, particolare che ci è stato correttamente comunicato prima del nostro arrivo ma comunque c'è un forno a microonde e macchina del caffè con cialde offerte.

Досить великі апартаменти з маленькою кухнею і одразу двома террасами (одна приватна, інша - спільна, проте окрім нас інші гостей я там за три дні не бачив) в самому центрі Теразіні (2 хвилини від центральної площі і 3 хвилини від моря). Є все необхідне, окрім, можливо, посудомойки.

Вікна спальні і туалету виходять... на спільну терасу. Тому в кімнаті досить темно. Можна відкрити віконниці, проте тоді кожен гість зі спільної тераси зможе побачити всю спальню як на долоні.

Review: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful! The room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. But what impressed us the most were the owners — incredibly kind, friendly, and genuine people. They were very understanding and flexible, making a few important accommodations for us, and we are truly grateful for that. Thanks to their support, our stay was stress-free, calm, and very pleasant. It’s rare to find such hospitality these days, and we really appreciate it. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking not just for a place to stay, but for a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely come back again)

Good location. Thanks to having common space between all rooms, we had a place where to wait for check-in.

The common kitchen is severely under-equipped: there are no plates, bowls, spoons, forks. For 2 days we had to share with our french neighbours 4 single-use forks and plates. We washed them and used them again. And then repeat the cycle.

Thank you very much for a comfortable stay! The location is very convenient. Nearby is the sea and the central square, also nearby are many good restaurants with delicious food and flexible working hours. Nearby are small shops where you can buy everything you need, also nearby is a Supermarket. On a rainy day we visited the museum, which is a 3-minute walk from the accommodation. Both paid and city beaches are available. Everything is nearby, 3-5 minutes on foot. Comfortable entry into the water on the nearby beaches. We were with small children. It is also possible to order a taxi to Palermo. The road takes a little more than 30 minutes. It is convenient and fast. The apartment has a large terrace, a washing machine, a coffee machine, a refrigerator - all this created convenience. We liked everything! The owner kindly provided us with beach umbrellas! They were very useful to us! Upon request, they also brought an iron, which was also very pleasing! Good conditions, beautiful design! The owner solved all possible issues, was always available. Many thanks for our wonderful vacation!
