Casa Di Nafplio

I like the fact the property is on the ground floor, it is cool in the summer heat and with easy access to the restaurants, cafes and shops.

Location was good. A nice space. Air-con, although not in the bedroom.

The WiFi did not work, at all. We had work to do and therefore this was not ideal. Under the main sofa was years of dust, discarded items, even a pair of pants? The cleaners need to do a better job. The tap in the shower room sink needs replacing. For a family wishing to self cater, there were few cooking utensils, only a small and large saucepan, and the microwave door has a hole burnt in the glass (unsafe). Lack of pillows. All these items would cost little to rectify. This is. not what I expected for over £500 for 4 nights in Nafplio.

The owner allowed us to have a later checkout which was highly appreciated. Clean. Quiet. Please observe that apartment doesn't have wifi!

I never received check in instructions on time, despite following their information about providing them my email so they could send it. They also wanted my passport no. which they received and I was promised a receipt for my stay, but until today, no receipt! Had to send text messages and call several times on the day of arrival, (within check in time) and when we finally got to the apartment, no one was there to greet us and still no check in instruction provided. Called again and spoke to the owner who finally provided us the code for the key box. Seems like you are communicating both with a rental company and with the owner which is very confusing. Shower is in the middle of the bathroom, so everything gets wet when you shower, very inconvenient. Under "facilities" it is stated that they will offer vine/ champagne, but we didn't see any. However, we got a big bottle of water, which was appreciated. But it would be good to update the information to avoid disappointments.

Perfect location in the city center. Close to the beach, the shops and the old casttle of Nafplio. A very well renovated charming old house finely decorated. The house is peaceful and fresh due to its large stone walls wich is ideal during hot greek summer! For me (we were 4) the perfect place to stay in Nafplio :)
