Ganz besonders hervorheben möchte ich die unglaublich herzliche Gastgeberfamilie – so liebe und aufmerksame Menschen, die mir wirklich im Herzen bleiben werden. Dank ihnen konnte ich nicht nur eine tolle Tagestour und meine Weiterreise unkompliziert organisieren, sondern auch viel über die Insel und ihre Kultur erfahren. CZThis place is far more than a homestay. The owner is extremely helpful. He helped me to plan my trips in the following day, and personally too me by car for a fair price to Adams Peak and next day to Nuwara Eliya. We had great discussions, thanks to it I was able to understand Sri Lanka more. The place is clean, good bathroom, beautiful view. Good location. I got a welcome drink. Homemade breakfast - I chose the sri lankan one - was extra 5 USD, but worth every penny. If I ever come back to Kandy, I will definitely stay in this place again.
DESehr freundliche und herzliche Familie!!!! Ganz tolles Frühstück und ich konnte sogar direkt einen Ausflug nach Sigirya buchen. Das hat alles super geklappt! Ich kann es jedem empfehlen.

GBIn a lovely quiet spots with gorgeous views of the lake and surrounding nature. We received an extremely warm welcome into the family’s home which made us feel instantly relaxed. They shared lots of tips about exploring the city and helped us organise to see the evening cultural dance show that was wonderful. We had breakfast at the property which was so delicious (especially the French toast). It was truly a pleasurable stay at Misty Hills, we wished we had booked for longer. The room was separate to the family home up some stairs with a great view. The room smelt gorgeous and was very clean and comfortable. Best of luck as you continue to grow your lovely homestay! We will hopefully see you again.

SKGood location near the lake, temple and the Candy lake club. Nice and helpful family. Ranjith and his wife were trying to do their best, Ranjith helped us with transfer (he drives carefully and we felt really safe in his car), recommended us and drove us to the botanical garden which was beauriful and was ready to help anytime we needed.
