The apartment was beautifully set up & comfortable. In a very convenient location. While the owner was not present, she made it very easy to access the key & was in regular & easy contact. I would stay here again & recommend to anyone staying in San Gimignano.

A bit noisy when families were occupying space above you. Ear plugs help. 😊

Beautiful apartment in the town centre. Decorated with great attention to every detail. Complimentary breakfast, tea, coffee. Toiletries in the bathroom. Very clean and cozy.

We would suggest to upgrade the bed as it was very noisy

Great location inside the walls of San Gimigano. The apartment isn't too big, but is very tastefully furnished, clean and nice to look at. We had no problems getting in or out. There's very little to fault here. We got some traditional welcome cookies. The space is very cleverly used and it's all very pleasant.

Breakfast was of the.. italian kind. Packed pastry of different kinds, milk, cereal. Enough to get you going, but if you're a savage like me, lack of savoury option was a bit of a let down, yet it makes sense when you think how the apartment is serviced. Parking is the bane of the city, not the owner's fault. P2 spaces start to get vacant around 22.00, or maybe in the morning. So that's that. P3 is some 10 minute walk.

Very clean, well- equipped and beautiful.Host contacted us in advance and gave us all information we needed. She also responded immediately when we contacted her. Wiil stay there again

Comfortable place, location, communication, amenities etc

Fantastic apartment with all of the facilities you could need. Gorgeous decor and they offered discount at many local restaurants. We went to the 2nd closest restaurant and it was excellent.
