No Breakfast , The owner Jude met me at the entrance of the hotel to receive me, and even made an earier attempt to contact me to offer assistance to pick me up at the airport.

Jude is super friendly and happily helped us with airport dropoff

The kind host, Jude, picked me up from the airport which was appreciated. Breakfast in the mornings was a nice addition and the room/bathroom were clean and comfortable. I plan to return again before my flight out of Colombo!

Mr. Rosa was very helpful and nice!

Warm and welcoming hosts. Picked us up after a midnight arrival from Canada. Comfortable and clean room and bathroom. We enjoyed a spread of tasty Sri Lankan breakfast.

Close proximity to the airport and essential establishments is a plus! The rooms are massive and comfortable and the house is very well maintained. The host family were so kind and wonderful from the beginning til the end of the trip, and didn’t even mind us checking in after midnight as our flight arrived late in the evening. Breakfast was great too and it’s very close to Negombo Lagoon if you’re planning to do birdwatching tours. Great value for money!

Thicker blankets could have been provided for the cold nights, but otherwise it has been a great stay. We will be back!
