location perfect for our needs and the house was so well equipped and the welcome hamper a nice touch.

Afraid found quite a few long black hairs in shower in upstairs bathroom, airfryer not been cleaned and leftover ice-cream in freezer. Such a shame as everything else wonderful.

The property was very homely and comfortable. Nicely decorated and well equipped. Spacious. Noel was a great host. Friendly, helpful and approachable. Welcome basket on arrival was a lovely touch and made us feel at home immediately. Carpeted throughout which I think creates a feeling of comfort.

"Cosy & comfortable stay"

A beautiful home, decorated so tastefully for Christmas and lots of lovely personal touches. The AGA kept us toasty warm in the kitchen. We were able to cook some amazing meals on it and congregate around the dining room table to eat & play games. Vast selection of books and games available in the property. Location perfect.

Incredibly well equipped property with plenty of room for the family with good outdoor and indoor space. Great location with local spar and lidl nearby. Excellent pub and butcher around the corner. Lovely hamper on arrival thanks Noel we had a great stay,
