Nothing, Very awkward set up allround, Collect the keys from a snooker hall a few streets away. The apartment was filthy dirty. We left after 20 mins and went to a hotel, looks like it's used as some sort or party flat or drinking den.

Filthy walls, broken bed, strong smell of drugs in foyer, Stains on sofa 😷

It was close to the arena

The hot water wasn’t on so we weren’t able to shower. We weren’t told how to switch it on

No hot water in shower Key pick up process is unusual as you have to pick the keys up from a near by bar! (Was streamline however) Socket hanging of slightly of wall

Great location, the studio was nice and clean and very affordable.

The flat was as described as it is in pictures, clean and cosy.

Few days before the stay, I was asked for deposit of £150 for a 3 night stay which wasn't mentioned while making the booking. I paid anyway and 1 week after the checkout, I still did not receive it back. Had to do multiple follow ups to finally have it into my account. Key collection wasn't easy either as I didn't have some code they had to share with me. I would prefer a smoother stay than all this hassle.

Lovely clean property very good value for money

This apartment was a good size and had a lot of extra things to make it feel cozy. A fully stocked kitchen and great view of the city! Very comfortable place to be.

To pick up the keys we had to go to a bar a 6 minute walk away. Not a big deal, but I wasn't aware of it until right before check-in and it was an extra step I hadn't anticipated.
