Personnel accueillant, sourient et très à l'écoute des clients Bon petit déjeuner Hotel à proximité du centre ville

Les chambres ont une odeur à cigarette. J'ai demandé un changement de chambre à cause de l'odeur. Le gérant de l'hôtel a gentiment accepté ma demande. Mais la nouvelle chambre sentais à la cigarette (beaucoup moins mais encore)

묵었던 싱글룸에 침대등이 작동이 안되고 샤워기도 고장인 듯했어요. 시설관리가 필요해 보입니다

"would never never ever stay with them again"

manager was so rude. we came after 5 hours of drive and the room they gave had a broken lock . they don’t care really. it took 4 hours to fix the room door lock. when we asked to change the room , they refused to help and asked to contact booking.com if we have any problem. they rudely told us to go ask refund from booking.com.

staff. manager’s behaviour . very poor customer service.
