"Exceptional"

Staff amazingly friendly, I spent just a few nights there and one day stayed in all day, I really felt taken care of, to be honest better than at home:) I have very specific dietary restrictions and It was fully accommodated that is a huge relief for me! I also really really loved the bathroom!

Excellent customer service. I had a table just for me on the upper terrace with beautiful view of the bay and the sunset. Staff very kind and friendly, always available to help or in case if need. Dinner superb and sublime. Gift, a member of the staff, excelled.

Everything was exceptional, from arriving there up to departure. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was absolutely amazing and the room was beautiful and clean. We will definitely be back and we can recommend it to anyone.

The place is far from the noise, the hustle and bustle of the city. I was in Cape Town to reflect and take part in the Cape Town Cycling Tour, so it was the perfect location and vibe for me..

Ubers always complain to drive one there from the centre because it's about 41kms from Greenpoint. They think about return trips that they won't get clients. But it's got nothing to do with the service rendered by Capri
