The view was breathtaking—both at sunrise and sunset. The apartment is comfortable, well-appointed, and practical.

Good size apartment. Nicely decorated and well equipped. Good communication prior to arrival. Clean and comfortable.

The space in the apartment works well, the aircon downstairs was welcome and the shower pressure was great.

NOISE!!!I have never stayed in an apartment with so much noise, may as well have slept on the road. The Dstv wasn’t working due to non payment, was rectified a day later. No built in aircon in bedroom which is a loft, the freestanding one has a pipe that must go out of the window so even more noise then. No beans for the coffee machine provided, if I had known I would have bought my own. Also coffee machine needs a service and descale, staff just ignore it. Entrance to the property with checkin is a nightmare and based on this, I would never return. I was forced to park in strand street throughout checkin, which was 30mins despite providing all requested documentation beforehand. Again, when checking out, you need to park in the same street to drop the keys off or you can’t get out of the garage.

Place didn’t look as good as the picture . And the bedroom had no air . But they did well to provide a mobile cooler which wasn’t functioning properly .

The location was convenient and secure although noisy. The accommodation was nicely furnished and comfortable.

Bathroom basin drains blocked. Stairs without a railing on the open side of the stairs are unsafe. The plants on the balcony are overgrown and obstruct any view. Shower floods the bathroom floor
