Rooms were decent

Frequent power cuts, no response from reception. There was no power supply from 12:30 am - 7:30 am. Every day there would be power cut multiple times and at times for hours. Ruined my sleep and trip!

Nothing what’s shown on booking.com. It’s definitely disappointing

Staff and the stay. There wasn’t any mode of communication from the room. No water was available for drinking until and unless asked. Moreover no food no basic amenities. Never go with the family

Clean room. Supporting manager and cooperative staff

Food services all though it was not their regular problem. It was on account of Eid when we stayed.

Room size was big.

Breakfast options are very bad everything was served cold. The Breakfast area was not kept clean. Dust and dirt on the table . Location is quite inside .

All in all the staff was courteous and attentive was able to cater to all the requirements barring that the below are cons that the hotel needs to really work on.. Food was tasty

1)The breakfast spread could have been better hardly any options 2) The room was next to the pool and at 10pm in the night a bunch of guests checked in and were allowed to use the pool and the noise was disturbing it went on till 11pm in the night 3) there was a power shut down at around 12 am and until next morning 730am there was no generator or power back up provided and when i went to the reception no one was available to cater to this issue 4. there is no intercom or phone line connecting the room to the reception and all interactions need to happen via a mobile phone and the general network within the property is patchy and the wifi signals were ok ok 5) At the price point that they are offering would have expected a comfy pillow and bed, however pillow was too hard mattress was good

The staff was very polite and helpful. They provided help with everything we needed and made the stay memorable. There are a lot of facilities available at the stay which added to the experience such as the pool, the private theatre and the patio.

Worth for money, but the service is very poor. Dinner is very castle..not affordable.

Internet is not working, tv is not working and the service is very very poor. The reception people are very much trained for excuses... finally i have informed many time to restore the internet and TV ..they have not done it until my stay
