Casa Rosy Como Historic Centre

The location was fantastic and the apartment was very comfortable and spacious . The kitchen well equipped but as others have mentioned a kettle and an ironing board and iron would have been useful

The communication with the manager looking after this apartment was appalling . The description was inaccurate and there was no reception . This is a private apartment in a block of flats and when we eventually found it there was a key box attached to the front door which we were not given the code for . We called the number 8 times and no one answered. We messaged and no one answered . We had to pay for a hotel room for the night . the next morning I called booking.com helpline but was told the host had 48 hours to get back to us . I called again the number on the booking and finally spoke to someone who eneded the call very quickly and then sent me the instructions to enter the aprtment . Location was excellent and facilities were great

Unclean, extremely uncomfortable 6-flight walkup! unresponsive host.

The apartment was very spacious, a lot larger than we expected. It was only a minute long walk away from the lake and was surrounded by nice restaurants. There is also a supermarket round the corner. The apartment had everything we needed - a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and large bedroom. The AC worked well and it was nice to have a balcony.

Great place very spacious, the beds are comfortable and the shower is good. It has a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen.

It lacks an AC which is necessary at the summer at least there where 2 fans but for a group it is not enough

Lovely comfortable apartment. Great location so close to lake Como. Good secure building with lift.

Nothing really. All good . Could only be improved with air con units for summer months . Fans provided in lounge and bedroom. But did not really cool rooms. It was exceptionally hot when we were there.
