Mel Haven Motel

Quite small motel. Older but very clean and breathtaking views. Right near all tourist attractions.

Squeaky beds! Everything else was great!

How clean it was.

Room was clean and a nice size. Had a porch to sit on in the mornings. Everything was working well. Location was convenient to the places we wanted to visit.

Was a little noisy as we were in between 2 major roads.

Chill little spot, everything was as clean as you could ask for, table to do your smoking if need be, adorable pair of cats, attentive staff, you really couldn't ask for a better joint for the price. Oh and the location is right in the middle of everything with a awesome view. 10/10

The motel was extremely clean. and very nicely decorated. I was very comfortable. I couldn't hear the people next door, or their TV. The motel manager Ted was very nice and helpful. I may go back later this summer. There was a beautiful view of The Garden of the Gods.

The parking lot seems to be a work in progress. However I was able to park very close to my room.

The location is excellent between Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City with great views of Garden of the Gods. The staff was especially attentive, friendly and responsive and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

We did not have a breakfast option. We did have a beautiful view of the Garden of the Gods. It was a relatively short drive from the motel. It was a short drive to all kinds of attractions.

The parking lot was under some work so the in and out was narrowed down to one-car entry.
