The location is great.

The bed was very small and old.

A lovely little room

I really loved the place, I stayed in the violin room and it was so cozy! The bed was very comfy and the place was clean. There was shampoo, pads, combs and a few other toiletries in the bathroom. It was around a 15 minute walk from the Manchester Piccadilly station. I stayed here for a concert at the o2 Apollo, wich was a 5 minute walk from the place. The hosts responded within a few hours. The view from my room was amazing as well.

I had some problems with the heating, and the front door was quite hard to open.

I wish there's a lift available because I'm asthmatic.

On arrival because it was after midnight, but I've phoned the reception before i came and told me this is your room (VG), and i felt embarrassed because someone in the room already but anyway i apologise to him and escorted me to another vacant room upstairs. Otherwise, i was a lovely place to stay and thank you so much.

Great location close to the city center.

It would have been nice to have a side light or lamp as the main light was bright and you have to get out of bed to turn it out before returning to bed in the dark.

Very comfortable but basic alternative to overpriced city centre options, location is close enough (short taxi ride) to town, very comfy bed and quiet during my stay

The ‘free parking’ is just street parking. There’s plenty of it, so easy to get a space but not the most secure (I have no knowledge of the local area, so no idea how un/safe it is), communal bathroom

The landlord is so friendly
