Close to the city center. Also close to the railway station (had day trips to Venezia, Firenze and Modena). The apartment is generally clean. Comfortable beds, quiet. (We had the room with the view to the interior so it might be different in other rooms with street view). The checkin is easy, and there is a coffee machine at your disposal in the kitchen, perfect to start the day.

We were a group of 6 and one of the 3 rooms didn't have a bathroom inside, it was across the hall. Not a big problem, but you should be aware that there is a possibility to get that room.

La camera assegnata era spaziosa, molto pulita e curata. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato asciugamani, acqua e un piccolo snack con cornetti, marmellata, Nutella, fette biscottate e biscotti..un’attenzione davvero gradita. Tutto molto bello e accogliente. La cucina è ben attrezzata e dispone di tutto l’occorrente per cucinare.. inoltre sono presenti la macchina del caffè, il forno a microonde e un frigorifero grande. Consigliatissimo

L’unica piccola nota riguarda la doccia: il pulsante per regolare l’acqua risulta un po’ duro da azionare e la temperatura tendeva a variare, passando a tratti da calda a fredda. Per il resto è stato tutto perfetto e l’esperienza è stata molto positiva.

The property is very well located, close to both Bologna’s train station and the main street. There are shopping centers and markets nearby, and since the accommodation provides all the necessary kitchen equipment, it is very practical if you want to prepare breakfast or cook simple meals. Cristina is also very helpful and easy to reach whenever needed.

The bathroom and toilet area is quite small. Since there is no separate space for a bidet, it can sometimes be a little inconvenient to use. Also, because the overall space is limited, it may feel a bit cramped at times.
