Апартаменти розташовані дуже зручно, до центральної частини міста пішки приблизно 10-15 хв. В номері було все необхідне, чисто, тихо і зручно. Власниця Христина була постійно на зв'язку, також залишила нам снеки і воду, коли ми приїхали. Це було приємно) Рекомендую ці апартаменти, якщо ви шукаєте комфортний і затишний відпочинок майже в самому центрі міста.

Komunikacja z właścicielem i lokalizacja. Wlaściciel szybko odpowiadał. A lokalizacja blisko dworca i centrum. Dobre wyposażenie

- Czystość- na ścianie I suficie w łazience duża ilość czarnego grzyba. - Pościel poplamiona(nie pachniała jakby bylaprana) podobnie jak jeden z ręczników.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location was perfect - safe, quiet, and conveniently close to everything I needed. The area felt very secure, which made my visit even more enjoyable. The property itself was spotless and well-maintained, with every detail taken care of to ensure a comfortable and relaxing experience. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful from start to finish. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and welcoming stay in Bologna!

We liked that we had our own small kitchen corner in our room with small refrigerator and with all the utensils (only missed some bigger and sharp knife). The bed was very comfortable. Also good that there was a TV. The owner was nice through the phone. There were also some welcome snacks and bottled water which was very nice after travelling. For a short stay it was nice because it’s really close to the train station and by foot we were in the city centre in 15 minutes.

The AirCon couldn’t get beneath 23°C although on the controller it was showing 16°C, and during our stay it was all day 30-35°C so a bit cooler room would be nice. When we first came at 14:30, we were told that from that time we can check in, the room wasn’t ready (cleaned), but when I called the owner she was really nice and few minutes later the cleaning lady came in and when we returned an hour later it was clean and ready. Bathroom could get some more cleaning and maintenance, there was a bit of mold on the shower floor, the shower door couldn’t be closed entirely and a hook for towels in bathroom was hanging loose, not able to hold 2 towels.
