Our unit was located on the 3rd floor with great views, nice balcony, it was quiet and clean. The kitchenette was well stocked with kitchen basics. It was a great size for 2. Access was just perfect

Nothing of a major concern. The sliding door was a bit difficult to open and close but we managed it. There was a broken hook on the bathroom door otherwise a beautiful condo.

Beautiful place to stay !!

The studio was very pleasant, clean and comfortable. Our host was very gracious and understanding when we decided to leave early. We received a full refund for 10 of the 15 days we did not stay.

Booking.com booked us in a 1 bedroom studio (which we requested), but when we got there we were booked in a studio. The host tried to contact booking as did we, but only got AI which could not help us. So she let us leave early as it was too small to stay in for two weeks. Also, as we booked with Booking, the hotel was very 'stand offish' when we inquired of the facilities.

The breakfast was good. The location was beautiful and relaxing. The restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating.

The sliding door was stuck and was extremely difficult to open. It didn’t run smoothly on the door tracks when we tried opening and closing it. The room was nice and clean, but a bit warm throughout our stay. We turned the cool air on but never really cooled the room. It would be nice to have small creamers or creamer packets available for the coffee.
