If you need something, the staff is immediately responsive. Check-in is digital, so there are no lines, and you are in your room minutes after you enter the lobby. The room itself is quiet, clean, secure; the amenities are just what you need, and the bed is heavenly. Everything about the place says your comfort and safety are covered, so a all you have to do is get a good night's sleep. The Bay Ridge Hotel is a gem, no kidding.

I always have to fiddle with the Keurig coffee maker to get my coffee made.

I like that it was quiet and out of the way.

There really wasn't anything that I didn't like.
