Une douche ne pouvait pas être utilisée car trop peu de pression.

Er staat in de omschrijving van het appartement niet vermeld dat er 84 trap treden genomen moeten worden voordat je in het appartement bent. Er is geen lift aanwezig en voor iemand die vanwege zijn gezondheid niet goed ter been is is het niet om te doen. Airco boven werkt niet. TV doet het niet. Geen warm water in een van de badkamers. Geen communicatie gehad met de eigenaar over het inleveren/achterlaten van de huissleutel bij vertrek.

La casa è spaziosa e ben attrezzata, situata in una posizione centralissima. L’host Sabino è stato molto disponibile e puntuale.

Alcune aree della casa necessiterebbero di essere rinnovate (ex. Forno e microonde). Inoltre la pulizia potrebbe essere più approfondita. L’appartamento è al terzo piano senza ascensore.

Fantastic location to discover the city and travel around as it’s well positioned close to the train station. Spacious flat with a quirky design, suitable for groups and longer term stays. The bathrooms were clean, though a bit dated. Decent kitchen for the needs of a group of tourists.

The host was late for the check in although we had advised the time of arrival. My parents waited in the sun in front of the building for 45 minutes. The communication for the checkout was also confusing in terms of timing and process. One of the air cons wasn’t working but I admit the place had a decent temperature nonetheless, if we kept one air con on all the time. Also worth noting that the flat is on the 3rd floor without elevator so bringing luggage up will need some effort.

Location is Perfect.

One of the shower isn’t working properly and it would be nice if the place has a kettle to boil water for tea. And it’s on third floor.

The flat is quite striking. From the balcony, the windows, the furniture, everything is thought-out. Very comfy mattress, great location in between train station and old town. Owner is very pleasant and attentive.

Don’t want to be nitpicky.

Tv and wifi, and washing machine. Also very clean. Host was very obliging and carried our case up the stairs and was good with communication, very helpful.

83 steps to front door. Bathrooms not nice, very small and smelly.
