We enjoyed the swimming pool. Breakfast was fantastic. We received a bottle of wine in our room. They helped us with the AC and it worked very well. A pretty view from our room.

Self check in was a bit difficult, I could not find main entrance. Luckily one if the guests helped us by phoning the host. Thereafter everything went well.

Gorgeous location, the view is breathtaking , beds are comfortable, breakfast was delicious, various. The staff made sure that you have the eggs to your choice, coffee as much as you wish. The baked goods were delicious and fresh. The pool was very good and clean, plenty of the lounges . The bedroom was very nice, romantic, view from the window was stunning, the AC was functional

You have to pay extra for the pool towels, although the pool was advertised as an attractive option. The guests weren’t allowed to use the room towels in the pool and exchange of the bath towels would cost the guests extra, which makes it kinda odd. The property sits up on the top of the hillside, which makes the view. It is not too far from the downtown if walking on foot. Going back uphill could be hard for those with mobility issues or lesser strength.

Lovely pool and nice sun beds. Property very clean, interesting and charming. Top quality beautiful furnishings and fittings. Hostess was polite. Nice breakfast spread with eggs to order if required.

A number of steps up to some of the rooms would make it not suitable for any people with mobility problems. Bed was a bit soft for us.

It was stylishly traditional and Stefania was an excellent hostess !

The pool was lovely and where it was located was so tranquil. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was also good.

Our main issue was self inflicted, if you don’t have a car and have a heavy suitcase, be warned that it is a bit of a tough walk while carrying all of your stuff.

The house is very cosy and cute, its located close to city and walk there is very nice. Everything is authentic and clean.

Everything was great, if I had to put something negative it would be the water pressure in the shower - it’s really bad, and bed could be more comfortable. But those are minor things.

Everything was wonderful here! The included breakfast was the best breakfast we have had in Europe! Eggs made to order, breads, jams, fruits, nuts, meats, cheeses, pastries, coffees, juices, etc. it’s hard to believe this is included in the price. It is amazing! The pool is lovely sitting among the vineyards and olive trees. The grounds are filled with many quaint areas to sit and soak up the beauty of the area. It is located a short walk from the central piazza in Greve. Greve is a charming small town with the nicest people and the most delicious foods and wines! ❤️ Stefania is an excellent communicator and provides lots of suggestions for things to do and places to eat. We will be back!
