Apartamento bem localizado com estacionamento sempre disponível à porta. Bom para quem quer conhecer a costa esmeralda. Bom terraço com mesa para fazer algumas refeições. Tem todas as comodidades, desde AC, forno , firgorifico/congelador ,secador , maquina de lavar e bom material de cozinha. Anfitreão muito disponivel.

Gostamos de tudo . Nada a apontar.

A spacious property with lovely outdoor space. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Greats a great supermarket at the end of the road.

Slightly further away from the main town, but can be reached by foot in 10-15 mins.

Świetna lokalizacja. Niby nie ścisłe centrum, ale wszystko blisko, nawet świetnie wyposażony sklep 2 minuty od domu. Do tego cicha ulica i sporo miejsc parkingowych na ulicy. Do centrum kilkanaście minut pieszo. Sam apartament czyściutki i pachnący. Doskonale wyposażony. Niczego nam nie brakło. Mieszkanie bardzo duże, przestronne. Posiada dwa tarasy, po dwóch stronach mieszkania. Jeden mniejszy od strony ulicy a drugi bardzo duży z tyłu, w zaciszu. Mieszkanie ma salon, kuchnię oraz dwie sypialnie, do której przypisane są oddzielne łazienki, co bardzo ułatwia pobyt i zapewnia więcej komfortu i intymności. Szczególnie, że jedna sypialnia ma łazienkę z wejściem od razu z sypialni. Są trzy klimatyzatory, więc wygodnie można ogrzać/schłodzić w razie potrzeby. Rzadko jeździmy w te same miejsca, ale gdybyśmy byli w Olbii kolejny raz, to nie wybralibyśmy innego apartamentu niż ten. Właściciel bardzo miły i słowny. Widać, że bardzo dba o apartament i klientów.

"I am fully satisfied with Teo's apartment."

It is an excellent choice. The apartment exceeded my expectations. It is very clean with the real-wood furniture, and thoughtful designed for comfort and convenience. The location is walking distance to everything we need as the downtown, several bus stops, big supermarket, and restaurants. Packing slot is available and just in front. Big terra and balcony provide additional values. The host was responsive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in was smooth and stress-free.
