The customer service was genuinely exceptional from start to finish. Daniela was amazing, so friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The two men at reception were just as welcoming and professional, and it really made the whole stay feel easy and relaxed. The rooms were a big surprise, much better than the photos and far more spacious than expected, with plenty of room to properly unwind. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the pillows were perfect, which made a huge difference after long travel days. The air conditioning worked really well and having fans too kept the room cool at all times. The pool area was lovely and clearly very well looked after, a great place to relax. The location was ideal, close enough to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night, which we really appreciated.

Honestly nothing, everything was spot on and exceeded our expectations. If anything, we just wish we could have stayed longer.

La habitación muy cómoda, el personal muy amable y la limpieza 10/10, recomiendo mucho este hotel.

El desayuno creo que el sazón lo deberían de mejorar, también deberían de ofrecer algo de snack para comer o beber en el área de la alberca.

Me gustó la ubicación y lo cómodo que estaba el hotel, la alberca limpia y bonita. El personal muy amables ,haciendo un gran servicio, lo que se nos ofrecia ,nos lo conseguian.. Todo muy bien

Llegamos y la tapa de la taza del baño estaba con pipi seca y sucio. Del resto no hay nada malo que decir.

"CATASTROPHE !!!!!!"

reservation de 3 nuits : les 2 eme nuit sans dormir car chambre situé à coté de la machinerie/laverie et un bruit sourd toute la nuit ,impossible de dormir et materiel de cuisine inaproprier donc aucun intérét et innonondations dans la chambre la veille de notre départ donc oblige de changer de chambre en derniére minute!!!!! GENIAL !!!
