"Unhelpful host"

Host was unhelpful and unkind. He informed me he was no longer hosting guests on the day I was due to arrive despite having booked over a month earlier and paid fully days before. He offered no explanation or apologies.

Great place in a great building. Very modern and safe. Near everything you could need. Host was very accommodating and responded quickly. Was accommodating of early check in

Town centre can be loud but that cant be helped.
