Everything was excellent. The place provided by the owner is actuallya detached little house with a kitchenette and a shower. I was treated by tge host as if I were a family ))) This is the best place in Borjomi I've ever stayed in.

Little bit far away from the centre of the town if you walk. But if you have a car, the distance is not a problem )

Authentic Georgian experience. You don't feel like a tourist here. If you stay here you live among the locals. The cottage is separate from the house, has 4 comfortable single person beds, great hearing, strong internet, and a pool table. The cottage is a pretty long walk from Borjomi park, but it's a beautiful walk and you end up being closer to other attractions and trails I felt comfortable and safe staying here.

The owners weren't as friendly to me as they seem to be to other reviewers. When I arrived I was received with a "what are you doing here" as opposed to a warm welcome. Nevertheless, I think that the fact that I rented the entire cottage as a solo traveller weirded them out. They were friendly otherwise - but kept their distance. Not sure what that was about but it's not a big deal, I still had a great stay. Probably better for groups. The pool table is also disbalanced but it's good enough.
