Sara, the host was very pleasant. She showed me around the house. The room was spacious and clean.

I came into town for a music festival and the location was a mile away. That was the deciding factor. If you're going to book, bring everything that you'll need for your trip. This time I glad that I'm a chronic over packer. Be aware that the bedroom doors only lock from the inside so you'll have to keep anything valuable with you when you use the restroom or leave them in your vehicle.

As always it was great highly recommend to staying here

What breakfast?

House was in serious need of work. Reserved a “Deluxe” room with a TV, bathroom and WiFi. Room didn’t have a TV, the bathroom was shared and in the hall, the bed had a top sheet, but no blanket. The only chair in the room was 1 foot off the ground. The WiFi network didn’t show up, which was just as well because there was no innkeeper to share the password. Rooms didn’t have locks on the doors, just a bolt inside which you could lock only if you were IN the room. Because the bathroom was in the hall, your room was open when you were in the bathroom; couldn’t lock it. When I went into the home’s dining room to eat the cereal I brought I sat in a chair and fell through since there were cushions but no support matrix under the cushions across the frame of the chair —- and all of the chairs were like that. A nightmare in all possible ways. Oh, and did I mention that the email I got about check in said that you needed a code to unlock the house door, but it wasn’t in the email. If a very kind and accommodating guest in the house hadn’t come out of the house i might not have even gotten in. In short, a nightmare. Avoid at all costs.

Just a single night stay but always look forward to being here. Staff knows you and treats you well. Room is always clean and comfortable. It's nice to know that your experience here will be a positive one.

Staying for a full week was a real pleasure. It is very easy to get comfortable and really feel at home here. Staff treats me really well. I feel at ease and am really used to the nice atmosphere in this wonderful, older home.
