"Tranquil location, super clean and comfortable room and a great breakfast cooked by Angela."

Situated in a lovely village close to Ragley Hall when attending the ABR Festival next day.

Pretty property with ample off street safe parking. Super clean and comfortable with a warm welcome from the host, Angela.

"Lovely place to spend a night or two."

Breakfast was excellent. Lovely breakfast room with views. Liked the thoughtful touches in the room, the colour scheme and the bright, fluffy towels.

Bedroom very hot on arrival. Perhaps keep windows and curtains closed all day when hot? Was not aware of how to access wifi.

Angela was v flexible in allowing us to arrrive early (for an early planned family event). Breakfast was great, and the idea of one large dining table was great, meaning you got to chat to other guests.

"Beautiful stay in a great spot with lovely host"

How wonderful was this stay? The host was fantastic and we were made to feel so welcome. The breakfast she prepared was delicious and the recommendation for the nearby Ounce restaurant was excellent (delicious steaks). We slept so well in the comfy bed and had a lovely, relaxing stay.
