Departamento grande, luminoso, muy cómodo y equipado. Excelente ubicación

Podría tener una limpieza un poco más profunda, pero no es algo que impida una estadía agradable

V obývacej miestnosti bol rozbitý roztahovaci gauč, museli sme ho podložiť odpadkovým košom aby sa mohla vnučka vyspať😳majiteľ mi povedal lámanou maďarčinou, že je tam kávovar, t.j. Kotyogó z minulého storočia, ale zabudol dodať, že ma indukčnú varnú dosku☹️takže káva sa urobiť nedala…

Les équipements de l’appartement sont vieillissants et quelques uns d entre eux sont cassés. Le boulevard est très bruyant la nuit.

Location fantastic, WiFi excellent, air conditioning on when we arrived which was much appreciated as the temperature was 37° outside. Very spacious apartment, nice outlook and central to everywhere we wanted to be. Roughly 10 minutes to the river, 5 minutes to the centre of town. All transport links close by. Took the 100E bus from the airport to the city centre and the apartment was a 10 minute walk, if that, from the drop off. Also took bus back to the airport. Efficient service.

Nothing untoward although the linen and towels could do with an upgrade as looking tired. We did raise a few issues with the host and they were dealt with immediately so cannot fault the response time. None of this spoilt our stay and would happily stay again although we would suggest a maintenance check on some of the bigger issues i.e shower coming away from wall in the bathroom, basin plug jammed, sofa bed appears broken etc.

location is good and next to a transit station. Very close to St. Stephen's Basilica. Lot of food options downstairs.

room with attached bathroom door is broken and the glass door is left next to the bed. Bathroom was unusable (unless you would like to use the bathroom without a door). All the plug points in that room are not functioning so had to charge phones in the living room. Too many hand towels scattered around, so unsure which one to use for bathroom floor or for hands. Without the floor towels bathroom floor is slippery. Host responses were very slow. Had a question around main door locking mechanism and got a response literally after 16 hours. At one point we thought we had to bail out and search for a hotel as the main door does not locks. After fiddling with the door for an hour figured out how it locks. (people from around Europe might not see this as issue) to all others this is a bizarre (counter intuitive) locking mechanism.

The apartment was dirty disgusting smell of smoke. The showers in bedrooms 1 no door on so water every where. The shower in bedrooms 2 no door on suite no privacy for sitting on toilet. Towels were grey colour worn thin seen better days. Quilts had stains pillows dirty. Balcony was dirty not been swept or cleaned ever. Door handles hanging off. Doors. shower heads needed a clean fulll of scale. Kitchen doors were all broke. Air freshers everywhere as the smoke in apt is disgusting I would not recommend this property Booking.com need to take this off platform.

We stayed in April with our three kids. The house is located in the Center of Budapest and you see the Budapest eye from the balcony. The owner was very friendly and he responded quickly at messages. It was very cosy and we had always hot water. Value for money for sure!
