NLLovely appartment!
ROIt is really close to the city centre and the bus transfer to and from the airport. It is in a quiet area and the building is very safe, including the apartment. We had a problem with the wifi but the host was helpful and it was solved fast.
You have to throw the trash yourself, not very hospitary, but those are the policies of the property.

GBThe location was good, and the famous Bologna arches were very convenient, especially when it rained, they kept us dry while walking around the city. I really appreciated that, especially during bad weather.
Unfortunately, the sleeping arrangements were not as expected. We thought there would be one double bed and two singles, but instead, we had to sleep three people in one bed and one on the sofa, which was uncomfortable. Communication with the host was not very smooth or clear, which made things more stressful. Also, when the cleaners arrived, they seemed surprised and even a bit scared to find us in the apartment (we had arranged to leave our luggage there before the check-in). It was awkward and unsettling, especially when they mentioned something about the police.
BGThe place was very near to the center of the city .You may go by food or by bus . Comfortable and nice apartment. Very clean. Unfortunately the net was missing most of the time. Everything else was Great!

GBGBClean, spacious, comfortable apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Good lighting. Need to be able to phone in order to enter the main apartment block door before using the key box to apartment. Close to Piazza Malpighi for direct bus to/from the airport.
GBBeautifully decorated and comfortable apartment felt like a home from home. There were 3 of us so host had put sofa bed down but apartment still felt spacious. Great location 10 mins walk to centre but a few local breakfast bars and we loved Corner Bar on the corner away from centre for breakfast and evening cocktails. Clear emailed entry instructions so didn't have any contact with host. We would definitely go back.
