The pictures look great. It’s very central to the old town. The owner meets you at the property to give you the key. Bathroom is fine and clean.

It doesn’t feel very safe when walking to the property from the station. We arrived at night and had to walk through some not so nice areas with large groups of people on the street. It’s also very loud from the shops and people on the streets nearby. The stairwell to the property is not very nice, once inside there is a very heavy front door, which presumably is needed for security. The apartment has full height windows without curtains or blinds, the two double beds are both on staged mezzanine areas, care would need to be taken when climbing up and down. It didn’t feel very safe. The kitchen is small and rustic, the sink is an old ceramic one and is covered in brown marks. The entire apartment smells of smoke, despite it being non-smoking. We made a hot drink when we arrived but decided not to stay and found alternative accommodation as we were very tired and knew that we wouldn’t be able to sleep. We notified the owner the next morning, so that the property could be re-let. Unfortunately, no refund or partial refund has been offered so we lost the money from a 3 night stay. I understand that people have different standards, but there is no way you should be marketing this property as ‘superior’ - that is false advertising.
