Hemel Apartments- Elite Escape

We truly enjoyed our stay! The location is great: shops and restaurants are just outside! We were there to ski and the snow centre is 5 mins drive. The parking was arranged by lovely and very helpful Rasika! It’s a true home away with everything you need!

The location was good for us. A lovely walk across the road. Shops for milk etc literally through the front door. Parking was included which was helpful. Spacious apartment. Light and airy.

The bed was really uncomfortable and it creaked so much every time either of us turned over.

Beautifully decorated, host very helpful, responded to any questions straight away, the location is spot on close to shops and restaurants, you can exit through a door which puts you on the high street

Very well presented and clean apartment that was larger than what we were expecting. Very happy, would recommend

The bath should have a non slip mat and handrail to get in this was the only issue

Everything was perfect. The apartment was clean and better than I expected. It was self check-in system when I arrived there on evening. I could communicate with the property instantly. Great communication was the best.
