The property was well kept and clean, with a large bathroom and AC.

The staircase to the mezzanine bathroom felt quite badly built, so climbing upstairs with luggage felt unsafe. There was nothing provided by way of water or coffee - a capsule machine would go a long way. The location is actually quite far from the centre given the town’s size.

Scale a chiocciola molto scricchiolanti, non davano il massimo sentore di sicurezza; maniglie della porta che a volte sembrava staccarsi

It's an apartment almost in the centre of Comacchio, so you're a minute or two or three (walking distance) from the interesting part of the town. In July, Comacchio looks a little lazy but OK, it's summer and it's 35 degs C outside, what can you expect? Definitely worth being visited at lower temps (spring or autumn), for instance, the ancient Etruscan city of Spina is found not far from here. Not to mention the famous Valli di Comacchio.

The ubiquitous insects are annoying due to large bodies of water nearby, if you take a ride or walk outside, but fortunately, the apartment is equipped with anti-mosquito gear.
