Resort Suites at Bandar Sunway

The location is great for anyone staying at Sunway. It's better than staying at the cheap hotels across the street but more affordable than the other Sunway hotels.

Check in was a bit difficult to find. The gym needed the aircon. No breakfast or pool

The location at Sunway Pyramid is quite convenient. A great place where can easily shop around and having nice food.

The sofa looks very dirty. The air-conditioner shouldn't being installed facing directly to the bed. Too cold if the air-conditioner is on or otherwise it is too hot if the air-conditioner is off.

The room is clean and good.

2 lifts require access by room card but the bomba lift does not. It defeats the purpose of security control where people still can reach any other floor without the access card using bomba lift. During check-in, I was not told by the hotel staff that the access of lifts need room card scanning. I pressed button of Floor 19, the lift door closed and lift did not move for a while. Then, the lift door close and went up to Floor 23 and stayed there for few minutes. The door still closed and I can't control the lift even the door can't be opened. After few minutes, the lift went down to Floor 17 when somebody access it from Floor 17. I just realised I have to scan my room card after calling and asking the staff. The lift's programming should be more intelligent to stop moving the lift and allow people without access card to be able to open the lift door to go out from where he came in. The move to Floor 23 is really no meaning.

Location is amazing, room size was really big and enough for all of us. Service is fantastic!

A bit old.. mould here and there, wooden furniture broken etc. Pillows were a bit too soft. And slightly inconvenient because you have to take stairs down to B1 to access the lift. Would be better if they allowed direct 1st floor access.

The location was very good. Staff were very friendly. Sufficient amenities, including washing machines.

Would be better if hand towels could be provided. The room needs some maintenance. 2 lights on the corridor just outside the room were flickering.
