Room looked old and was not as advertised. Not very clean as well. Had cockroach in the bathroom even after cleaning

The location is superb as it adjuncts with the sunway pyramid mall, it is right at the sunway pyramid hotel just a level down to the hotel.

Two out of three of the air conditioners and the air refrigerator were not working well. Have informed the counter when we checked out, hope the next guests could enjoy the facility well.
